Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ARTISANS TECNOLOGIA LTDA handles personal data on artisans.com.br, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD). This English version is provided for convenience; the Portuguese version is the legally binding one.

2. Data processed on this website

  • Access logs. When you open the site, the hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) receives technical request data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. Purpose: to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
  • Fonts. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the files. Purpose: to display the site with the correct typography. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
  • Contact. If you write to us or call, we use your name, email or phone number and the content of your message only to reply and, where applicable, for steps prior to entering into a contract (art. 7, V).

3. Our apps

Artisans has no published apps yet. Before each app reaches the App Store or Google Play, it will get its own section here describing what data it collects, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the processors needed to run the site (Google, as hosting and font provider), which may involve international data transfer under art. 33 of the LGPD, and with authorities when required by law.

5. How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations. Access logs follow the hosting provider's retention periods.

6. Your rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:

  • confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
  • portability of your data to another provider;
  • information about the possibility of not giving consent and the consequences of refusing;
  • deletion of data processed with your consent, and withdrawal of that consent;
  • information about whom we share your data with.

7. How to request access or deletion

Email admin@artisans.com.br with the subject "Privacy", stating your request. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Privacy contact

admin@artisans.com.br is the channel for any matter concerning your personal data.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the version in force.
